These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MOZA Daily ("MOZA," "the app," "we," "us," or "our"), published by Sando Plus.
By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use MOZA Daily. If you're in a country with a higher minimum age for digital services, you must meet that age. By signing up, you confirm you meet these age requirements.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain all rights to the content you post in MOZA Daily (posts, comments, letters, etc.).
By posting content, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and deliver your content within MOZA Daily to the people you choose to share it with (your friends, your future self, etc.). This license ends when you delete your content or your account.

You can block users, hide posts, and report inappropriate content directly within the app. We review reports and take action — including content removal and account termination — when content violates these Terms.
The app's design, code, branding, name, logo, and other content created by us are owned by Sando Plus and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.
MOZA Daily is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, with clear notice.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep it running, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data won't be lost.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, Sando Plus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, loss of profits, or emotional distress.
Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (which, for a free app, is $0).
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete Account in the app).
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app or by email. The "Effective Date" at the top reflects the most recent update.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.
