MOZA Daily — Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy for MOZA Daily ("MOZA," "we," "us," or "our"), a mobile application published by Sando Plus. It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you provide when you sign up or use the app:

• Email address (for sign-in and verification)
• Display name and username
• Password (stored securely by our authentication provider; we never see your actual password)
• Avatar selection
• Habits, goals, and progress data you log
• Letters you write to your future self
• Posts, comments, and reactions you share with friends
• Friend connections, follows, and challenge participation
• Notification preferences

We do not collect:

• Your location
• Your contacts
• Your photos or camera roll
• Apple Health or fitness data
• Anything you don't explicitly enter into the app

We do not use third-party analytics services. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Provide and maintain the app's functionality
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure
• Show you your friends, posts, and challenges
• Deliver your future-self letters on the date you set
• Send you in-app notifications you've opted into
• Respond to your support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, behavioral targeting, training AI models, or sale to any third party.

Where your data is stored

Your account and app data are stored with Supabase, our backend service provider, on servers located in the United States. Static web pages (this policy, our support page, terms of service) are hosted by Netlify.

We do not share your information with any other third parties except:

• When required by law (e.g., valid legal process)
• To protect our rights or the safety of others
• With your explicit consent

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the information we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Delete your account and all your data (Settings → Delete Account in the app)
• Export your data (email us and we'll send a copy)
• Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account

If you're in the European Union, you have additional rights under the GDPR. If you're in California, you have additional rights under the CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, email mozadailysupport@gmail.com.

Account deletion

You can delete your account and all your data at any time from within the app:

1. Open MOZA Daily
2. Go to Settings → Delete Account
3. Confirm the deletion

When you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile, posts, comments, habits, goals, letters, friend connections, and all other personal data from our servers within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

Children's privacy

MOZA Daily is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please email us and we will delete it.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your data within 30 days. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app or by email. The "Effective Date" at the top reflects the most recent update.
